RYUGI HEAVY WEIGHTED BRUTAL HOOK
With a weight integrated onto the belly of the hook shank, the Ryugi Weighted Brutal Hook is perfect for fishing big soft plastic baits with a natural swimming presentation. The Weighted Brutal Hook's combination of bait keeper, wide gap hook shape and small belly weight make it the perfect choice for large plastics that are best fished without the addition of a bullet sinker. The extra space in the gap accommodates the extra bulk in these types of baits and still has enough space to expose the hook point.
Ryugi developed this hook with a point that is positioned above the eye of the hook by about 15 degrees, that small difference between the two allows the hook point to stick the fish even if the bait is eaten head first. Furthermore, the addition of the TC teflon coating makes the surface more slick to help it slide through the fish's mouth and pierce through the jaw. The Ryugi Weighted Brutal Hook is extremely strong and sharp, ideal for large soft plastic baits.
